Dear Wendy's Management, I recently visited one of your locations and found myself in a bit of a pickle, or should I say, a burger without a restroom. Despite having enjoyed a meal at your establishment, I was surprised to learn that the restrooms were off-limits. This was quite the conundrum, especially since I noticed another customer had been given the secret password to the porcelain throne after a spirited debate. As a loyal customer, I'm flummoxed by this selective entry policy. It seems there might be a glitch in the matrix, or perhaps just in the management training program. A little consistency would be much appreciated, like the reliable taste of your square burgers. A Concerned Customer Summary This wendys blows and needs new management. Customers should get to use the restroom.

This comes from a prior employee and a former customer. HR needs to come into this store religiously, you can hear management or other coworkers screaming at each other from the window or through the headsets while customers are ordering or trying to order but good luck that will take 10 min no this hasn’t happened only once. Our food was basically thrown on top of us once we got the order, and for why? We were the only car in line what was the problem? We are paying customers I was being nice and kind I felt so incredibly bad for what seemed like a new hire working the window because she was just getting berated and I know it’s how you treat your employees as being a prior one. Clearly in the last 6months I’ve been gone nothing has changed. FYI I wouldn’t eat the bacon they serve! From someone who has seen first hand how they think it’s ok to prepare it.
