Being understaffed is understandable, giving me food undercooked and cold is ridiculous. I got the baconator fries, bacon cold, cheese not even melted, fries cold, I’ll be calling the bank to get a refund because I never got a receipt. I was on my 30 with another 6 hours in my shift.

No complains. The Double Baconator did not disappoint, although Wendy's IMO has the worst fries amongst fast food joins !! Edited: Unfortunately, it seems like you guys mess up every time I go in there. If I didn't like the baconator so much I would have stopped going awhile ago !! There was one miscommunication I feel I can take blame for today. I asked for a triple Baconator with mayonnaise on the side. What I meant was on the side as well as still on the burger itself. I like having Mayonnaise and ketchup to dip my fries in. I can see where the manager thought that I meant on the side meant none on the sandwich. I figured this time I would make things easier by saying up front that I want Mayonnaise on the sidek which is somethihng I usually do anyways, except I usually ask for it when I get my meal. I think I'll just go back to asking for it when I get my meal like before :) Edit Went in today, and they got it all right for a change, course there wasn't hardly anyone in the restaurant lol !!

Outstanding staff!!!! this is a hard area to work in also And we understand that !! We go to McDonalds a lot for frappes and a few of the other fast food restaurants around the Portland Metro area and where we live in Eugene and there is a constant attitude and disrespectful atmosphere, especially in drive-through but not at this Wendy’s!! … I walked in to use the bathroom while my wife was about to go through drive-through and from the start each staff member was extremely friendly extremely nice and even our order got messed up because of Wendy’s appbut they were very very chill about it and that is a very rare thing these days because most people have a stick up there Ass 24/7. I rarely write reviews on Google, but I only write them when it’s positive and people need to hear that so if your staff reads this at Wendy’s ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ keep it up. The world needs more people like you guys.!!!!
