My hubby and son wanted to try the new Teriyaki burger/chicken sandwich. I went with my favorite stand by, the Diablo Burger. We also tried their fried zucchini and loaded Diablo fries for the first time. The good: My son loved his Teriyaki burger. He could only finish 1/2 because it’s so big. My hubby said his Chicken Teriyaki sandwich was good but he didn’t really taste the pineapple and the chicken didn’t have much flavor. He said the Teriyaki sauce is what carried the chicken sandwich. The fried zucchini was pretty good and I would definitely order again. And my son’s waffle fries were good. The bad: I love their Diablo burger, but the bun was so dried out that even the extra Diablo sauce I ordered on my burger didn’t help. But the rest of the burger was great. What was horribly disappointing was the loaded Diablo fries. I love their Diablo sauce so I was super excited to try these. Well, they had plenty of sauce, cheese, and a lot of jalapeños on them, the fries were cold and definitely old, which made them absolutely inedible. They were by far the worst fries I’ve ever had. And it’s sad because they have the potential to be amazing. So I just paid over $15 for a burger and drink because I couldn’t even eat the side I got with my meal.

Delivery driver here. Just know that if you order via Uber Eats, Doordash, etc, you'll be waiting a long time before you get your food because drivers will cancel the order since they don't even start making it until a driver shows up, which makes it not worthwhile to deliver. And you'll have to wait til you're lucky enough a driver stays for the wait. Not very friendly at all either. I understand sometimes it's backed up, but having this same experience multiple times is pretty wild.

No matter who is working drive-thru, the staff is always so friendly with friendly voices. Food is always hot and quick and tastes good. I was bummed though when I went to this location on 10/26/24 and got a soda. The soda tasted flat so I asked the worker if I could get something else. He happily offered but that drink was flat too. You could tell even by the color and lack of carbonation in the sodas. He said the CO2 might be low/bad but there was nothing they could do for me. So I was bummed that I paid money for something I couldn't enjoy.
