Title: Heartbroken and Disappointed I never thought I’d see the day when I had to say goodbye to Del Taco. For years, this place has been my go-to, my comfort food, my favorite fast-food spot where I could get great flavors without breaking the bank. But with the recent price increases, I can’t justify coming here anymore—especially when the quality doesn’t match the cost. I get it, times are tough, and everything is getting more expensive. But what hurts is that the portions are smaller, the ingredients don’t taste as fresh, and the value that once made Del Taco special just isn’t there anymore. I used to come in excited for a simple, delicious meal that felt like a steal. Now, I leave feeling ripped off, wishing I had spent my money elsewhere. It’s frustrating to watch a place I’ve loved for so long change like this. The tacos don’t taste the same, the burritos feel emptier, and even the fries—one of the best parts—just don’t hit like they used to. It’s not just about the money; it’s about feeling like a longtime customer no longer matters. I’ll miss those late-night Del Taco runs, the affordable feasts with friends, and the simple joy of biting into a taco that felt like a little reward at the end of the day. But at these prices? With this quality? I just can’t do it anymore. Goodbye, Del Taco. I wish things were different.

Very disappointed the last 3 times we went there. Adding a picture of the del beef burrito they gave me today. It was some sort of spicy sauce. On the outside. Was not able to eat it but did not have time to turn around as we had already drove a few miles away. Time before this, they scanned my app. Said the system was down so I could not get my free item. But the manager said she could just give it to me anyway. I just would not earn points. I was ok with that. Got food, reciept showed the charge and then the charge deleted. They didn't give me the burrito. Went back to ask for it, employee was rude saying I didn't want it and it was deleted. When situation was explained, he told another employee to go get the manager because I was causing problems. What? And the time before that, the cashier took my phone inside the window and was pushing buttons. What every she did caused my reward to get unclicked and had to pay full price. When she handed my phone back my Google play app was open and my picture gallery was open. Before this month it use to be great there. Not anymore. Sketchy.
