This is probably the dirtiest McDonald's I've been to in all of Salem. The area is infested with lots of crackheads and homeless. I have never been charged for condiments until today when I came here they charged me for an additional ranch

I do anything I can to avoid the McDonald’s on D Street. The staff are brain dead and their ice cream machine conveniently breaks every night. Staff are friendly and they deserve a higher wage than Lancaster for SURE.

This location definitely needs help. We had a terrible experience trying to place an order through the drive-thru Sabrina the manager didn't even want to talk to us and Catherine was working the window at the time and she didn't even know her manager's name and THEY ALL got our order wrong three times while in a Drive-Thru AND THE LINE'S GETTING LONGER, people honking, it was super embarrassing 🤬🤬🤬
