It's fast food so I don't compare it to restaurants, however the burger I ordered was cold despite me eating it there. They were kind and took my order quickly despite them being busy. The mango pineapple lemonade was great. Inside was clean and well maintained.

Ordered 2 large chili's with cheese and onions. Additional cost for cheese. I like to get 2 for additional meals. I got a free bacon cheese burger with app. Burger is a small one not for larger eaters. My only problem with the chili is that it isn't full most of the time. I asked them to make sure they were full. I asked but didn't look until later. One was full and the other one wasn't. I asked them if they filled them up because I have trouble with getting them filled. She said yes the supervisor filled them up. I sometimes order the suger cookies. I like them and they are larger ones. Pretty reasonable price for the size.

Used their app and they charged us $80 and we never got it returned because they “have no control over their app” Went today after months of boycotting because it was close but through the drive thru this time. The man charged us for someone else’s order and then tried to run our card for our order since “it didn’t go through” luckily my spouse checked our bank account before handing their card over and we absolutely got charged for someone’s else’s order. I’ve worked in fast food I understand it’s a hard job but obviously there is a lack in training and a lack of giving a damn when it comes to customers losing money. This is now $100 we have lost to THIS specific Wendy’s. And IF it’s true that no one has control over the app including their customer service then Do NOT have one.
