I usually never have a problem at this location. Was in a rush to get food and forgot to ask the drive thru cashier to add cheese to my whopper. Asked if she could add it for me.. she says, “cheese is extra” and literally closes the window in my face. Now I’m a patient person.. but, that’s not insane? Even for a fast food place. DO BETTER. You might not have a person that “lets things go” next time.

I was grabbing food before a 6 hr drive, Thanksgiving Eve. About 8pm. The food was hot n tasted fresh. But as I drove 6 hrs, I had the worst GAS n the smell was horrible. My husband was like, "What did you order? The texas burger. My stomach hurt so bad, including Thanksgiving Day. I'm not sure what happened to that batch, but it was enough for me to NEVER go back. I love Burger King. It's not always something I get, but I did get it. Now I won't.

I placed a mobile order through the app at this location after confirming their hours online, which stated they would be open until 3:00 a.m. The app accepted my order, but upon arrival, the restaurant was closed. My fiancé knocked on the door, and we could see three or four workers inside who seemed amused by our presence, despite the fact that we were waiting for orders that they had no intention of fulfilling. An Uber Eats driver was also there to pick up another order. She spoke to one of the employees, who bluntly stated that no food would be served at that time. When we inquired about our order and asked if they could cancel it from inside the store to reverse the charge, they either were unable to assist us or simply refused to help. This level of service is unacceptable.
