Such a ghetto unprofessional experience. I ordered online. They forgot my chicken wraps, ok no problem! I called and let them know I'll be back the next day. Went through the drive through, had to wait 5 minutes. Once I told them what I was there for, I was rudely told to come inside (when it's raining out) to speak to the manager. Why can't I just speak to the manager at the window? I was nice about it at first until they tried inconveniencing ME when they messed up MY ORDER. What should have been said was " I'm sorry about that please pull ahead". Then I was being questioned as if I'm just trying to get free chicken wraps. I had the order pulled up on my phone AND offered to show proof of the phone call. Rant over, I have nothing nice to say about Burger king employee ✌️

Sat in drive through for 20 minutes and nobody is parked? Yall can do better nobody should wait 20 minutes just to make payment and we can't just leave.... u won't let cars out. So terrible service. No receipt given no napkins and the girl basically through our bag out the window to us.

How does this location have so many issues? One day they have no burgers. Another day no large cups. Another day no chicken. Like come on Burger King. Just up the street they don't have any problems with their location. Why just yours.
