The staff are unprofessional and rude, I saw a group of kids get kicked out for no reason. And then the “adult” staff started arguing with the kids, as they were explaining there friends were ordering for them

Horrendous. The food was fresh but that was the only thing I could say was good about the experience. No one had a hairnet on. I found a hair in my nuggets. They denied giving me sauce. One of the girls on register was on her phone and the other one had AirPods in and wasn’t giving out the drinks people were ordering. Trash can was overflowing with trash. Worst experience I’ve had yet.

This Wendy’s is trash. I ordered something so simple and it took over 15 minutes to get it. Then requiring a mobile app purchase is just crazy at 10pm. Never again. The staff is trash. They move with no urgency. And they messed up my order. Top tier incompetence. No cheese on my chili and no dressing or pecans for my salad and no utensils. Food was stale and old. I threw it away.
