I’ve had the best Whoppers at this location. On May 29 the whopper tasted the way it used to when it was always good in the 80s. The staff are also very nice and friendly. Keep up the great work! Update: June 11 @ 9PM and the Whopper was still one of the best I’ve had in years. I wasn’t sure if the night crew would result a drop in standards and quality but they delivered an amazing meal again! The manager Luis and his crew continue to do an amazing job! 5 stars!

Unhygienic Practices and Rude Management I recently visited this Burger King, and had an extremely disappointing experience. When I ordered a burger, I discovered not one but TWO hairs in my food. This was absolutely unacceptable and raised serious concerns about the restaurant’s hygiene standards. To make matters worse, I noticed that the employees were not wearing proper hair coverings while working. This is a basic hygiene practice that every food establishment should follow to ensure the safety of their customers. When I brought this issue to the attention of the manager, I expected an apology and a resolution. Instead, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior. The manager refused to acknowledge the problem or accept any responsibility. Their unprofessional attitude only made the situation worse and left me feeling upset and unheard. This experience has completely ruined my trust in this Burger King location. I urge others to think twice before eating here, as they clearly lack proper hygiene practices and customer service. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and implements necessary changes, including enforcing proper hair coverings for employees and training their staff to handle customer concerns with respect. Until then, I will not be returning.

Update: The employee with the pink hair needs a bath. You can see this person doesn't wash their hands with soap very often. Body odor is pungent. There is so much dirt underneath his nails. I caught him wearing Crocs at work, and the stench is disgusting. I don't understand why nobody said anything to him. It could be mental or health problems, but when you are working at a restaurant, a high level of hygienic cleanliness is expected. Someone needs to tell him to change his socks. It looks like it hasn't been washed in months. It's delicious. Whoppers taste great every time. Update: I come here daily. The food is great. Drive through the window, gives out medium iced water when asked for extra large. Has a terrible attitude as well when reminded about it. Yesterday the same thing happened and they gave me a small time when I asked for a large. 🙃 Keep up the great work. Lose the attitude.
