We walked there from our hotel across the street. We were there at 9:11pm. Signed outside the door said dining room open until 10pm. But door was locked. One customer walked out so we walked in through that locked door. The staff yelled dining room closed (we were planning to just order to go anyway) and seemed frustrated and saying how come customers doesn't understand door was locked. Then update your sign and put a notice that dining room hours has been updated to 9pm or whatever time it is. We are not walking and ordering through drive through while walking. For that, service is absolutely 0/5. Unfortunately, the lowest I can go is 1 star. This place is absolutely horrible.

Pulled up to the drive thru and it was only one cars in front of me . The lady over the speaker sounded really nice when she took the car in front of me order. She told her to pull around to get her total well it must’ve been a shift change because it was a different lady who was on the speaker , when it was my turn . I asked if the frosty machine was working and she sighed and it went silent for about 4 minutes. So I said hello it was now two to three cars behind me . If it wasn’t working it was no big deal . I still wanted to order . But to just ignore someone is really rude. We all have bad days . But it seems like this location hire a lot of employees that have bad days. This location is going down hill .

Multiple times they are unable to take orders. I ordered via the app. Showed up at like 3:50 today. They said they couldn’t take the order. I was annoyed but nothing new here. I tried to edit my order/switch pickup location and an error said that the order was already canceled. Said fine guess no Wendy’s today. Well now I have a receipt in app saying I picked up my food at like 11:40 pm? This is the worst location ever! Just don’t go. Multiple times they have their own drama going on and the restaurant is just shut down. Staff yelling at each other outside kicking people out. Looks like their own staff at times. Side note the staff has always been kind to me at least and the food was always good. Just beyond frustrating/unnecessary situations.
