Love the service here, I've been coming to this a&w for over 4 years and the employees have always been friendly, helpful, and efficient to the point that some of the employees have even memorized my order! The food is cooked well and served hot. Great customer service overall.

This place is unfortunately not very accessible, despite being a new building. There is no way for a wheelchair to conveniently enter the restaurant and there are no infant changing stations in the washroom, which is surprising considering that all their specials are family-centric. For typical fast food, there are better places to visit.
