Very poor service today. I ordered through the app and specified to have it brought out to me at stall #2. I waited 10 minutes, and when no one was coming out, I went inside to ask if they had lost my order. She found it sitting behind the pick-up counter. Not one single apology, and instead lied about it, saying "I was just about to bring it out to you." Yeah, right! And no, the restaurant was not busy in the least. It was around 13:30 at the time, so the lunch rush was completely gone. There was only one other customer at the cash. I can bet my order had sat there for almost 10 minutes because the fries were cold. The burger felt semi-warm.

I was shocked when we were told that we could not order our food inside the restaurant at 11:30 in the evening with an outside temperature of -15°. We had to make our order in the mcdrive way and ate outside. Never happened to me in any other mcdonalds. Food was good though.

VERY long wait in the drive thru. Waited 30 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me. When I finally got my fries they were cold…something needs to change about this as I see that I am not the only one to complain about this issue
