The food is cold. Drink is not cold with no ice. And the floor so dirty .i told the person in charge that clients should not see this kind of floor in a resto. She said if you are not happy go eat elsewhere. I said i already paid and yoy should not say tbis to a client. She replied : if you are not happy come clean if yourself. Im sure i wont be coming back here again.

Worst customer service ever. Waited 15 minutes to pass my order (because you can’t mobile order the Wednesday special) and then waited another 15 minutes, only to have to argue because they didn’t put 2 large fries. That’s basic wording, échanger vos frites moyennes pour des frites larges, meaning 2 medium for 2 larges. I come every Wednesday, never a problem, but today yes. It’s basic customer service, could have been fixed with a : here you go, have the fries on us, sorry for the inconvenience and the WAIT. But no, dumb and dumber floor managers can’t even fix a simple issue.

Place was flthy with overflowing trash bins and tables covered with stacks of trays and garbage. Order was placed only to be told cookies were unavailable. Sad state of affairs for the big m. Maybe put a bit of staff into keeping the place at least acceptablely clean. I can only imagine the diseases they may be creating just at this location, and society keeps accepting bad service and terrible food.
