after waiting more than 15 min for egg muffin I got it without egg I I could wait even more without tell them my order got lost my last time here thank you macdonalds

If i could give negative stars i would. i went today at 6:28pm and the worker was an incompetent worker, she couldn't understand simple order replacements. She misunderstood half of the order, when i confronted her about it she didn't takw responsability for her mistakes and she spoke on a very condescending tone towards us. She even raised her voice at us and her manager didn't handle the situation very well. He yelled at us and didn't try to help us fix the issue... At the end of the very bad and slow service we asked for their names and they cleary gave us fake names such as Hola and Sam. The manager was definitely from arab descent and Hola was dark skinned. Will never go back there again. Horrible customer service. Do not recommend. I hope your staff gets replaced.

Such incompetence. Drive thru for two happy meal pancakes and a sausage mcgriddle with cheese no egg. Took forever for them to get to right on the screen by charging me for a egg&sausgee&cheese mcgriddle seulement oeuf . So full price..everywhere else it is sausage mcgriddle "ajouté fromage" with a 75 cent extra charge so I overpaid. Get to window they forgot the pancakes. Then I checked my sandwich is had egg so I ask for no egg please. Got another sandwich should have checked because three mistakes in one order is the norm here . I got a mcgriddle with a slice of cheese.no sausage. Charged full price. Epic fail . Oh. And it took over 15 min through drive thru
