Been coming here for breakfast for more than 10 years now. I honestly thought the only problems from this place was from ordering on the drive through, extra hash browns you PAID for missing, and not being able to charge from a broken outlet. But damn did I feel like I got slapped in the face this morning. So some context, there's no longer a fountain drink here, so no refills. Better to order a large drink if your ordering a lot. As annoying as something you've been used to for a while being no longer there this isn't the only McDonald's doing it so it's no real skin of my back. But when you order for a large drink and pay an extra dollar and ten cents, then be given what looks like a small and when pointing it out, being told that yes that's a "large". I'm a regular, I know what a large looks like, so unless McDonald's changed their cups recently and decided to cheap out, I've just been lied to, to my face. Can literally even compare my cup to the gentleman next to me who ordered a large coffee. Feels like they're always trying to rob a dollar from you here, from missing ordered hash browns to wrong drink sizes delivered.

I ordered online on the McDonald’s app and I waited 20 minutes for my food at the appropriate parking spot. I lost patience and went to the drive-through, my food was already ready. I asked the worker why nobody brought it and he just answered me “I don’t know”. Very simple answer, it’s winter and they are too lazy to go outside and do their job.

As a daily paying customer, I was shocked when a cleaner rudely shook my cup, checked if it was empty, and told me I should buy another one. I regularly purchase coffee and use this McDonald’s as a study space, and I have never experienced such disrespectful behavior before.
