Worst McD's ever. Burgers dry, fries cold, overworked staff, ludicrously small toppings. Tables etc are not clean. Always loud obnoxious boomers there too.

My daughter who is 5 asked the cashier if she can have a different happy meal toy because she already has the one they gave her. The cashier then asked someone and we heard a lady, not sure if it was the manager, yell "NO JUST SAY NO". My daughter heard it and even a 5 yr old knew it was not nice of her. It was okay if they refuse, but they could have done it in a respectful manner. The cashier was nice enough but whoever yelled was not. I wish I asked for her name. My daughter was too sad and left the toy in there. What a holiday spirit they are giving!

Waited an extended duration to be served as the staff chit-chatted with each other behind the counter. When one of them finally deigned to approach me, she provided what turned out to be "service with a snarl". Nobody seemed to be in charge. The "serving" staff here should resign and find employmentb somewhere where a different employer shares their inflated opinion of their own entitlement.
