This is by far THE BEST Burger King I’ve ever been to. New to Chicoutimi and have eaten here 3 times and all 3 times the food was amazing! Fries are always fresh, the poutine is sooo good and the impossible whopper is A1.

GOOD LUCK. I'm not fluent in French so I ordered through the app. They had me standing there for 10 minutes trying to explain my mobile order to them, and another 20 waiting for an order that they would later tell me they don't have. They didn't have any issue with it when I came to the same location the other evening. Incompetent and poor system. Extremely dissapointed.

The food is great literally great in quality and the quantity of course! 😅 But the weak point is about its customer services, I mean the restaurant is always closed after 7pm which is really bad and early for the dinner time! And the second negativity but the most annoying thing for me is the staff behaviour to a person like me who is not good in French language. I had a very experience once this winter when I didn’t understand while ordering what She (the employee) said in French she was kinda misbehaved and told me “parler en Français” with anger which made me sad in that day!
