Literally forgot my burger and chicken poutine! Tried calling but no one answered… I came back the following day and the staff was able to rectify. 5 star for the gentleman who fixed the issue

The fries weren't fresh and were cold, the McNuggets weren't fresh. Overall, the service was ok but improvement on the food is needed.

Untrained staff during rush hours will serve you all the mistakes you can imagine, then manager will make excuses instead of apologizing. And no receips are provided
