A pretty disappointing A&W. It wasn’t the best or worst. Just disappointing. I had the Uncle Burger combo that came with fries. Everything I had, had a lukewarm taste, like a microwave, you could tell that it wasn’t fresh out off the griddle. My fries were overly salty and a bland taste. It wasn’t not even hot. Only good thing was their Root-beer soda machine. It tasted like real root beer. Not sure if will come back. 2 stars for me. Sorry.

My overall dining experience was excellent from start to finish. The food was great, served at the correct temperatures, fantastic customer service, just as important the staff was friendly and not transactional which made for a very good dining experience for the entire family at this A&W, my visit was nothing short of exceptional; I will return.

Kudos to the new A&W management team, clearly it shows that you know how to hire & train your new staff…! Your new staff are friendly & clearly show you that they actually care that you are choosing to eat there. They absolutely made me & my family feel welcomed; additionally, the food was as expected: A&W EXCELLENT…! I will make this my favorite A&W and if need be I will go out of my way to eat here again & again…!
