They gave me the wrong sandwich, with burnt bread and cold fries. The service sucked, the young man at the cash register was barely listening to me. The screen at the drive thru wasn’t working (because of a power outage that occurred over 24 hours ago???). Save your money and don’t go here.

It is clean, neat, big and modern, fast and friendly service, and delicious food. (Own recommendation, use the amazing Burger King app to have unique discounts!)👌😁💯

Let's be fair here for a few moments, this is located in Terrebonne, QC. The amount of people willing to work for Burger King's usual rates are in short supply, so I do give some credit to those working there, and to management for openly posting the wages, and they are hiring. Let's go for a break down, since I did do the dine in experience. There isn't a bike rack here, despite this location being right along a bike path. Something which doesn't make any sense to me whatsoever. It's like they are refusing money! When it would cost them an extra $50-$100 to install a rack. English or french I've never had a problem ordering food here, and I've even seen the staff shift to English if they hear the accent. Yes sometimes the food is slow, but it comes in what I would view as acceptable time. Maybe the fries are a bit too salty, or maybe the burger isn't perfect, but I've never once had to return food due to how bad it is. This location is doing something, which I think speaks of how forward thinking they are. They are issuing reusable dishes. Yes, in a fast food place, you are give cups, bowls, ect, to return once you are done using them. It might take some time to wash them, but it cuts down on the waste they are making. I look forward to dining here in the years to come.
