Ordered a teen burger with no onions on it. There's no bacon either and the bun is stale and hard. You can hear me tap on the bun. Barely ate half of it, definitely lost my appetite.

The food is consistently good here, but the management is clearly far too obsessed with window times. A lot of fast food restaurants are now making you pull around to the lot to wait for your order at the drive thru, but this place it's every single time. There's clearly an issue with your "fast food service" if every time I come here, busy or not, I'm having to wait 5-10 minutes in the lot for my order to be finished. I don't even order anything particularly difficult, so I don't know what the issue is.

I stopped by the drive thru tonight around 10 and ordered a couple of foods. The worker named Allan was very quick to understand our order which was much appreciated. I have never before encountered a person especially in drive thru who was so fast and attentive in taking my orders. Thank you, you made our night.
