Incident to share and owner should know. Date : Jan 12, 5:00pm Your staff even not good trained to attend all the customers. Customer was not attended and left your store with out ordering food after more than 5 minutes of waiting. He just hand over to me wrong order. And in the end when ask you should not take this much time for order delivery, store manager’s ego got hurt and started arguing unreasonably. Writing this just to let owners know this. Thank you

This used to be a good A&W but it has fallen hard on it’s quality standards.Yesterday, I literally had the worst A&W food ever. The burger tasted rotten. Appalling! I consider myself a bit of an expert. My first job was at A&W and I still eat there often. sad.
