The staff are always friendly to customers. They slightly messed up my drive thru order. we ordered the chocolate oreo milkshake but just received the vanilla base oreo milkshake. Nothing wrong with the quality. I could have asked for a new one but I am not confrontational and know how hard service workers work.

I simply requested whopper in a wrap and she denied that they don’t have it here. I confirmed it with her team member other day. His name is Prabhu. He works in nights regularly. This lady has no manners at all. She raised her voice and behaved ridiculously. There was no respect at all. She is under training by the name of prabhjyot. God save this store. Never visit this store again .

I started ordering a fish burger from the drive thru but they gave me stale burger and I had requested them to give me a fresh one and they took me 10 minutes. Even then they gave me stale burger and the guy's customer dealing was not good at all because I have been here in Regina for 10 years and I always order burgers from Burger King, but his customer dealing was not good and . His name is Prabbav he's tomach arguments So the burger was very old and the fish had too much oil in it.as if the fish had been made fish again. 🙁🙁🙁
