Food is always great but service is lacking terribly, specifically at the drive through window. I placed an order online for pickup and the woman working the window didn't even greet me, just quickly handed me my drink and food and began to close the window before I could even ask for ketchup. While I understand that window service is generally a rushed service, there needs to be a happy-medium of speed and friendly customer service. I hope to come back to this location but the service at other locations is so much better.

It’s all good, after all what can we expect with fast food delivery. Just throw the bag in the mic for 40 secs and you have yourself a hot meal. A little too convenient if you ask me.

Decided to try one of their featured sandwiches, the "Crispy Buffalo Chicken". Nowhere on the menu was a price for this sandwich. When it was rung in, I found that it was $6.99, which was a dollar more than the regular crispy chicken. Oh well. Waited for my order, and waited, and waited and just when I thought all was lost, it appeared. 15 minutes after the order was placed. When I got back to the office, this is what I got. Exactly like the tempting picture? You decide. Is this a dollar's worth of hot sauce?
