Got fries on drive thru.Taste like leftover and very cold,not crispy and no salt. Felt the taste and quality far below then how mcd fries are known for.

This McDonalds location always seems a little less than excellent. There is often a line up or a delay of some kind, and quite often one or the other ‘machine’ for ice cream or shakes etc is not working when I visit. The staff are usually alright and service is about typical for fast food. Quite a few times I have had items missing from my order, or gotten the wrong item.

I visited this McDonald’s today and had a really bad experience. When I was ordering my food at the drive-thru, the lady was very rude. There was no rush in the drive-thru, so it wasn't like she was overwhelmed. She didn’t even ask me if I wanted to scan my points, which I was planning to use. When I got to the window, I reminded her to scan my points, but she ignored me and just handed me the machine to pay. I also asked her to put ketchup in my bag, and she didn’t. The lack of basic customer service was really frustrating. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I hope the management takes steps to improve their service.
