They should be aware that their customers are waiting way too long at the counter. Spending 30 minutes for only 1 customer is too much for a fast food restaurant. Find a way to serve your customers better.

Absolutely disgusted by the way I was treated here today for absolutely no reason. I ordered the new buffalo junior chicken. When I came to the window the man in the back gave my bag to the cashier and said here's the mcrispy. To which she replied "that's not what she ordered" and he yelled "just give it to her". Not knowing I could hear everything. So I looked inside and obviously gave it back and asked nicely if I could get the one I ordered. The lady was very nice and went to go get it and the man came to the window and proceeded to yell at me "heres your sandwich, you could have had a bigger one". I was shocked and drove away and immediately called the manager.

Service was so poor. Selforder machine refuse to print an order, stuff forgot to put cheeseburger in Happy meal, no drink refill anymore. Dirty tables and floors. Even after saying to the stuff that the area has to be cleaned, no one did it. They changed garbage bin, that's all. Play area doesn't have chairs anymore. I regret going there.
