The food was good but the service was not that good. They charged me for three hamburgers and I only wanted two. They did not give me my money back. They did not want to give me back what I paid.

They stopped putting gravy on the poutine. There's maybe a couple drops, on the bottom but that's it. I tried stirring it and checking...it's just fries with cheese very dry. It's been like this a few months now. I tried calling a.couoke times to let them know but no answer.

18.03.2025 around 7:15pm have had one of the worst experiences ever in the fast food restaurants. Only 3 vehicles in total on 2 drive through lanes. Someone finally decided to talk to me and they finally took my order after over 20 min. of waiting. It took another 20 min. to finally get to the window again with just 2 vehicles in front. Laugh and chit chatting inside was telling me that they are having a blast working. Did not say anything payed for my food and left. On the way home asked my wife to look in the bag since it looked too small for the things I ordered. Sure enough they did not pack 1 out of 3 items. Turned around angry and went back inside bitching about the fact that even after almost 40 min wait they were able to screw up my order. I was not nice but did not call names and did not swear but I was welcomed with "Ok crazy!" by one of the girls. Took a bag of food I brought back and gave it to the homeless person who was sitting inside and made them make fresh food for my full order. At least one good thing happened :)
