I have never in my life ordered a crispy chicken burger from any restaurant and had RAW chicken from it not being cooked properly. This is unacceptable and I will never eat here again. You had at least 5 staff and no other customers AND I politely waited for the food to be cooked and you STILL cut corners and give me undercooked chicken? Unacceptable. People die from salmonella and other bacteria. Do better.

This Dairy Queen provides excellent service. The staff are polite and efficient, and meals are consistently served in under 5 minutes. It is not too busy, which makes it an ideal place for a quick and pleasant visit.

This was a short walk from my airport hotel, so the location worked for me. The staff brought my food to my table along with condiments, etc. which was unexpected but a nice surprise. The guy at the till taking orders was a bit glassy eyed and stunned. I wasn’t sure that he was even hearing my order. They are now using tiny little spoons for the blizzards instead of the longer handled ones. The little ones force you to have your fingers down inside your cup as you finish the last bits, and that gets messy and gross. DQ maybe should reconsider this new decision and go back to normal sized utensils.
