Wouldn't you assume with this ad that for 2 for $5 you can choose two of the three flavours? The worker said it wasn't possible to do, and they only offer the original for 2 for $5. So isn't this false advertisement? Update: I looked online and you have the option to choose, they didn't tell me, it's just an online thing but it just doesn't add up

Sad about my experience. I used to work at KFC for YEARS so I know their safety standards and the Zinger Chicken sandwich i received today was so over cooked it was rock hard and I actually could NOT bite through it. The chicken must be thrown out after a certain amount of time. Years ago they even stopped allowing staff to take home food at the end of the night so this definitely shouldn't have happened. That and I was the only person there and would have been happy to wait for a food safe sandwich. Or at least an edible one.

I had a very bad experience today, cashier made a mistake with my order and punched one extra gravy and she didn't want to refund money. They forgot to give me dipping sauce and I called them for three times but no buddy answered because they were not in front, finally I shout : hellllloooooo I need my dipping sauce , cashier was rude , my order was dine in but she punched take out, and the worst part was the washroom, washroom was too dirty, I will never back to this branch of KFC
