i put in a mobile phone order on my way to work. i arrived there at 6am and no one took my order for a full 10 minutes, there was 2-3 cars that came in the next lane and their orders were taken but mine still was not. the girl took my order and i then pulled up to the second window, waited there for 5 more minutes to the girl tapping on the window to get my attention, only to tell me to pull to the third window. i received my order and once i arrived to work i noticed that my order was wrong. i ordered a wrap which was completely fine, as well as a chicken mcgriddle that looked liked the photo attached. chicken mcgriddles are not supposed to have mayo and cheese on it. i am unable to go back because i was already at work at this point. this is very disappointing as this is my regular mcdonald’s and i haven’t ever had a problem before.

Ordered a hamburger for my kid and noticed tjat they are served us burnt bun? See the pucture how my daughter ate her burger.. sacrificing quality over quantiti poor service it must be -5 stars on this

Ordered a 20 nugget share box and got 2 10 piece meals instead which is more expensive. When confronting they didn’t care and said “ that’s good “ we didn’t receive our sweet and sour and our tartar sauce was basically empty. Very disappointed.
