I recently had an amazing experience at Wendy’s—the service was fast, the staff was friendly, and the food was fresh and delicious. I ordered a Baconator, which was perfectly cooked with crispy bacon, juicy beef patties, and a soft bun that held it all together. The fries were hot and crispy, and my Frosty was the perfect creamy, chocolatey treat to end the meal. The restaurant was clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. From start to finish, everything was top-notch, making this one of the best fast-food experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!

Long black hair tangled in fries. Used to be a good franchise location - has become horrible over the course of the last several months to year. This was definitely the last straw - would not recommend.

So I had placed an order online, long story short the order was incorrect. I contacted the store and the person I spoke to said I could come in for a free replacement and took my name and number. Went in about a week later and omg! The manager guy who was there interrogated the staff about it! Claims I shouldn’t have been offered a replacement because I had ordered through Uber eats. He made me feel like garbage! He kept saying it over and over, asking the staff who did it. A guy had just left and he called the guy and made him come back to question him. It still wasn’t the person I spoke to on the phone so he called the person to ask about why they offered me a free salad. A salad! My goodness! I felt so embarrassed and was just gonna leave at this point but he eventually gave it to me. My mom was outside in the car with my baby and I did not think it would take over 20 min to get one salad! I was disgusted with his attitude and the way he handled the whole situation. I would’ve rather paid for the salad than being questioned and have other people get questioned and grilled about it! Like damn!
