Placed an order in the app for pick up, ordered a very simple order. Asked for extra honey roasted bbq sauce. Sent boyfriend to pick up food, and they didn’t give him the drinks I ordered so he had to go back. He comes home and the bag is filled with honey mustard. Not honey roasted bbq. Unsure where the miscommunication was when you’re literally reading off of a screen. Do better, CFA.

Please figure out already... No other location in the area misses a beat with mobile ordering. Almost every time I go to your location I have to immediately check my order and 9/10 I'm having to go back in and request the missing item which is sometimes rectified with a smile and other times accusatory. Then the times I forget to check I'm having to call and press option 4 to report to the staff to arrange to come back or wait 2 days for the item value to return to my app. I'm not the only person I know that struggles with the lack of accuracy at this location. I've provided feedback to corporate and I hope they provide you all much needed help.

MOLDED FRUIT ON MY SALAD! I get it…This is definitely a super busy chick-fila and usually pretty good service, however because I’m there so much I’ve definitely had my share of disappointments as well. This one took the cake though when I was excited to eat my salad only to find that all the strawberries were green and black from mold. When I took the salad back and showed the manager she was very nonchalant and never sent my reward that was promised. It doesn’t surprise me though because they don’t answer the phone & usually drag their feet to make things right. Still a huge fan or the company but Wont be ordering my favorite salad again at this location.
