I am from Atlanta-the home of Chick Fil A. I have always depended on this as a great fast place which is dependable and yummy. This store really needs some reminders of what CFA should be. I will not go back here. Both times I have gone the inside restaurant is filthy. Food on the floor, tables not wiped, cups and sauces left on tables. I sat for an hour with my husband and nobody walked through (it was already dirty when we arrived so it appeared it had been a while. We ordered meals. My husband’s sandwich was missing. I got grilled nuggets- no fork included. Staff were nice when we ordered. But it makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like and what other issues if its dirty and the order is not correct. We had first visited about 4 months ago and it was dirty then too

The only fast food restaurant chain I dare eat at in North America. In some, the service and food are excellent, in others a little less so, but generally they are very good. I just think women should wear a hair protector so their long hair doesn't get into the food, which is unpleasant.

My husband went there tonight and ordered a milkshake extra thick (the past couple of times we’ve received soup in a cup). The staff member laughed at him, didn’t put in the request for it to be made extra thick, and we still received a melted shake with the “mix ins” at the bottom of the cup. I was hoping the newly renovated store would have better service, unfortunately it doesn’t.
