Went through the drive thru and ordered a chocolate malt. It tasted like vanilla and no trace of malt. There was also pieces of Styrofoam in the shake. 11Feb202. For sure the worst service I've ever had at a Cook out.

I work late nights and haven’t eaten all day. Cookout was the only place open close by. The food was terrible. I ordered the Double Cheeseburger tray and received a single with no cheese. The burger was also cold. My French fries were soggy and so was the onion rings. Ima need you guys to take more pride in your work…this was awful!

Hair in coleslaw, meat dry, coleslaw lid not on juice everywhere! No gloves for servers! The above comments were from 3 years ago. Today's Aug 14, 2023 I love Cookout Food but I must give you feedback when it's not right! Today my I purchased 2 BBQ plates. Hushpuppied hard as a rock because they were cooked twice! Coleslaw, look at the pictures the cup is tiny already and only half full. Delicious Coleslaw but get real only 2 bites! Good amount of meat and fries no complaint!!! Do not allow employees to recook hushpuppies and please fill that tiny Coleslaw cup!!!!
