If I could give it negative stars I would. It was an absolutely horrible experience. I had ordered ahead and had to play musical stalls to find one and even mentioned the exact stall I was in. I saw a bit of a line so I wasn’t really worried too much. I figured they would take care of the line and get to those in the stalls after. I waited and waited and watched other employees take 15 without noticing that I was there (for reference I parked infront of the door so it would be easier for the carhop). It took over an hour until me and my wife decided to press the button again because on my app, it showed that it was completed but I was still in the stall waiting. The first time I pressed the button, I waited 10 minutes and heard silence. I press the button again and someone picked up and asked how they can help. I mentioned that I was waiting on an order and that it’s been about an hour and she just said “one moment I’ll get it out.” Within 5 minutes she brought our order but the drinks had no ice because it was melted. The slushy was completely watered down and all of my food was cold. She didn’t offer me an apology or even a reason as to why it took over an hour. Just a “here”. That was a awful experience and I will no longer eat here. 0/10

The milkshake was so thick I had to wait an hour just to hold it upside down... Well not quite that bad but it was kind of had this weird thickness to it. The hamburger was okay but typical of the area and the local fast food joints where the funds are not aligned with the meats and the meats are not aligned with whatever else is on it and all of it ends up aligned with your lap. Still better than a couple of places but I don't want to talk about those.

Have been there twice now and disappointed both times. Ordered a chicken sandwich and it was undercooked. If you're gonna come here just be ready to be disappointed and lose money at the same time. Just go to Zaxby's better service and better food guaranteed. Avoid at all costs. The other time I went they shut down early and they wouldn't make chili and shut down the ice cream machine.
