I placed an online order, it took them 35 minutes to make a $5 biggie bag. I waited at the speaker just to tell them I had already paid and ordered, then I wait again at the window, at this point I was considering canceling my order and going anywhere else. The food was wrong, the drink was wrong, and the amount of time it took made it unreasonable to call it fast food.

Drive thru did not move at all for 7 minutes, no method to move front car out of line and keep it flowing. Just very slow for the other cars, 3-4 minutes, so much better than that one... I was 5th car, took 22 minutes. Line of 10+ when I left. Like no one was paying attention or, to use a term, “managing” the problem.

Very polite crew, the man on expo fixed me up good and told me about the ghost pepper cheese, made my sandwich so much better. Best Wendy's service Ive had.
