Pitiful… I was the only person standing in line at the counter. The 90 year old lady is fantastic at ignoring customers. No greeting, no I’ll be with you in a moment nothing. 15 minutes I stood there. She wandered around, did a couple circles. Never accomplished a single task. The cook was yelling no onions several times and sporadically yelling incoherent sayings or whatever. Never got to order and this place must be DEI hiring from the local insane asylum.

Just left waited in drive-thru line for over 30 minutes. With only 5 cars in front of me. I assumed they were short staffed and waited patiently. When I got to the window I saw several staff working, so not sure the issue. I was not greeted at all. Staff was unapologetic for the long wait. She handed me my food after another few minutes wait and of course my order was wrong…I let her know I was missing an order of fries. Once again no apology. She just walked away to get the fries and handed to me like I was such an inconvenience that they made a mistake. I said thank you. No response.. so I said thank you again. Absolutely awful experience and below average food. My junior bacon cheeseburger had BBQ sauce on it. Just not made properly and poor management. I was going to fill out a survey but she purposely did not give me a receipt. Will not return to this Wendy’s or any other Wendy’s.

The people were rude. Food was horrible. I have never had worse food at Wendy's than last night. While I was in the drive through I saw roaches crawling on their equipment. My mom and son got sick from the burgers. The fries were cold and old. The top of my bun was so hard I threw it in the street. Will never be back to this nasty Wendy's!!! 45$$$ to be sick!!!!!
