My brother and I had lunch there. My brother had one of the new burgers the customer service was great. I noticed the manager came in he checked out the dinner room area it was clean and he also checked outside pick up trash from the front door. The experienced we had was great.

Aside from being one of the slowest fast food restaurants in Columbia, the staff here is horribly rude. After I ordered (and had a very standard conversation with the the lady taking my order) I waited about 15 minutes to pull around. When I did she looked at me like I was an idiot and accused me of cutting her off and pulling around before she’d taken my order. She did apologize when I told her we had talked, and she checked the register and realized she’d made a mistake. After all that they gave us the wrong order. I get that it’s just fast food, but maintaining zero customer service standards is a wild business plan.

At the drive through window, the bag with our order tore and our order fell on the ground. Immediately staff remade the order, no questions asked, did not ask me to pull forward, and was so gracious. I hope a supervisor sees this and gives commendation to the staff working at the Burger King on North Main Street Columbia SC drive through on 1/16 at 4:45 p.m. I tried putting a review in mybkexperience, but it rejected the survey code.
