Waited over 30 minutes for my order in the drive through with only 4 to 5 cars in front of me. Then when I got to the window I had to wait even longer because somehow skipped my order and had to make it fresh. My fries came out burnt and they forgot to hand me my drink.

This is the only time I have ever opened a burger wrapper and immediately said “nope”. I ordered 4 burgers, 2 all the way and 2 with pickles and ketchup only. All 4 were covered in so much mayo/keychup/mustard that it appeared it was applied with a mop. The fries were cold and hard. The AI ordering system is complete trash. If time consuming and headache inducing were the goal, they nailed it! The only positive thing I can say, is they didn’t argue when I asked for a refund. Thank god because 55 dollars for 4 soup sandwiches….

The wait time for your food is unbelievable. 30 minutes in a drive through on a Tuesday at 1 pm. Smh . I totally forgot I was at a fast food restaurant.the drive through is completely automated so you talk to a computer basically. I only went to see if it was as bad as google reviews says and yes 1000 percent accurate. The food was not giving either. Last time going . So much for wanting a childhood meal . Disappointed
