Good food, low prices. The burgers are great with that home-made look, feel, and taste. I love them. The sides are smaller than one might be used to, but this is a good thing, in my opinion. I need to eat less, and the price matches the sizes. A good, quick meal, less than 8 bucks, and missing that bloated feel of eating too much. I have never left here thinking I did not get enough to eat.

I love cookout, and my family and I grew used to being able to expect at least a consistent quality from cookout restaurants. You know what you are going to get, it's nothing fancy but usually well made and fresh food. This however was not what I have come to expect. Food was cold, portions were the smallest I've ever seen, tasted like it had been sitting out for a few hours, the tables were disgusting and so were the floors. I have a 4 for service because at least the person at the register was attentive and got our order right. Will avoid this location in the future.

Thalia was incredibly rude and got my order wrong. Typically I write it off but this is a common experience at this location. I ordered the "huge" size drinks at the speaker, I was not told that this location was out of those cups, which would have influenced my order. Not only that but I was upcharged for the size increase that I did not receive! Then at the window she basically throws the food out the window, shuts it in my face and I was unable to ask for sauces. Once she came back to the window and I asked for sauces, she responded with "girl- hold on." with a severe attitude. then, i get home to find that my cheese fries actually don't have cheese!
