The girl who took my order 11/19/2024 at 7:48 pm was very ghetto. Yes she was able to speak Spanish so I see why they hired her but she has no customer service! Was very rude and we paid an extra 60 cents for queso and got a dab! Never went to a cookout that only gave you a dab of queso this isn’t even enough for 1 quesadilla! I highly recommend any other cookout especially n main st, this one is not worth spending your money

The food was great and it came out fast. But had to return multiple times to the register to get the sauces they forgot and our drinks that they didn't give us. And it was a long wait each time because they wouldn't even acknowledge you when they watched you approach the front counter. We had to clean and wash our own booth/table. We waited like 10+ minutes just to place our order. They were more concerned with the drive thru customers, even though the dining room was almost full. Also while we were eating in the dining room there were employees that got into a loud argument in the kitchen and one of them came out of the kitchen cussing and just walked off outside. We won't return to this location.

Wonderful customer service. Food is always fresh and HOT. ALL different kinds of milkshakes! Really tastes like the backyard grill burgers.
