Have always enjoyed eating here; however, my experience Friday eve was not favorable. The waffle fries were soft and not cooked long enough. I always get the lemonade, but it tasted flat and watered down. I couldnt even finish it...it was that bad. A very disappointing experience. I will think twice before going back.

The Sioux Falls location has been open for a while now every time we drive by it looks so packed that we end up choosing a different place to eat. Today we finally decided to go in and try it, we were greeted with a friendly smile and assured that service was going to be quick. Assistant director MELANIE took our order, she was very nice and sweet. We heard about the famous Chicken tortilla soup and ordered that but were told they ran out and needed to heat up some more but would be a 20 min wait so we switched to the chicken noodle soup and also got the famous chicken deluxe sandwich. Everything was prepared quickly and brought out to the table, when we were almost done MELANIE came to our table to see how everything tasted and handed us the chicken tortilla soup to take home so we could try it. We were so impressed and delighted with the service and quality of food we are now definitely come back even if the place is packed. WORTH THE WAIT and THANK YOU MELANIE!

Chick-fil-A saves the day! The employees always go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. Their food is consistently amazing and they really try to make you feel special when you're dining in
