Waiting 20 minutes for food tonight, was cold food and I called acted like nothing happened. Ordered my food at 8:17pm got it at 8:40pm. Pretty sad in 2025, BACK TO NORMAL, NOPE, completely wrong

Employee was rude and condescending for no reason. I asked for the flavor of the day. They made it incorrectly and when I asked for a new one to be made it was made purposefully incorrectly. The item was lemon berry, 2 scoops. First it was made with like 5 pumps of lemon topping sitting on top. So it was incredibly sour. She tried to say that’s how it’s made. No, it should be blended like the photo. When she made the new one she purposefully only put one tiny pump of lemon in the very bottom. That wasn’t necessary I genuinely don’t understand why me asking for an item I paid for to be made the way it’s advertised is so wrong. I’m writing this review to say, yes maybe it just is ice cream, but you know what. Some of us are struggling with personal problems and it’s our favorite flavor of ice cream, is something we look forward to, you never know if that’s the only thing someone is looking forward to. I understand she is a teenager I don’t think it’s right for an adult to come at a young person, but the experience just made me feel sad, and made me feel small, like I was wrong, when I was not rude or unkind. Sure I could’ve gone back and forth but I feel like sometimes walking away is the solution.

Normally, I really like Culver's, and we typically have great service when we dine-in, but their drive-thru is often a struggle. This time we were missing 1 of our burgers and all 3 of our ranch sides. With a crying, hungry toddler in the vehicle, going inside and waiting in line to fix the order isn't always an option.
