we went in like 30 minutes after they opened. they weren’t very busy so we went inside. There was one girl in front of us not helped yet so we wait for about 10 minutes and more people came in behind us. There was maybe 2 people working who didn’t acknowledge us at all. Another girl came in from the drive thru and she said she was waiting for 10 minutes. we never got helped so we left this is unacceptable

I normally do not complain, usually great service. Last night was an exception. I had ordered $7 meal deals 2 cheese burgers 2 chicken strip baskets One of the baskets was missing, but we had all the drinks and blizzards I went back and let them know what was missing, the (assuming) manager argued with me. Telling me she KNOWS she put the basket in the bag. I tried to be as polite as possible, even after she AND the staff were arguing. "I'm telling you, I put two baskets, two burgers, fries and curds in your bag" I was floored at how rude this normally kind manager was. All because I was missing part of my order. It took me calling my husband to confirm there was no basket before she did anything about it. Maybe it was a bad night, but when a customer leaves nearly in tears because on an interaction, it's not a good experience.

Absolutely terrible food. DQ used to be very good and delicious. I understand it's fast food but my husband woke up with food poisoning. The burgers lacked taste. The burgers were bland. Nothing like the flame burgers we used to get back in the day. The fries were super cold, too.
