Ordered on the app around 8:30PM to pick up at 11:15PM. Arrived at that time Lobby was locked. Went thru Drive-thru was told they didn't have my order. I explained, they told me to proceed to window. They handed me ny drink and food. I was assured it was fresh. Got home. They made that food when I placed the order. And let it sit for nearly 2 1/2 hours. Tried calling the store ended up going there the next day. Manager wouldn't talk to me, had crew member tell me there was nothing they could do. It was $41 of potential food poisoning.

Really good Midwestern Mexican food. Thier prices have not climbed like other fast food chains. My only reason for a four star on the food is that it isn't always consistent. The same burrito ordered can be completely differently prepared from one cook to the next.

Great customer service; friendly; fast as well...all around excellent...great tacos...next time fish tacos!
