Terrible service I stood at the window for 18 min before anyone even came to the window. The young man. Was very rude. No customer service. And also try to short me on my change. Get back to my office and the order was incorrect! Terrible service. I counted about 10 people in there and still bad service. Do better checkers……

Hands down the best hamburgers you will find when you are out shopping or just riding around. If you crave or just love a good burger any checkers is the place to go. Fast service and amazing prices. Also use their app for discounts.

Probably the slowest restaurant in the entire North Georgia/Southern Tennessee area. I often Doordash and every single time I come here, it's the slowest restaurant. I keep a timer going when I get to this place sometimes. I'm standing at checkers right now writing this review. I started it from the moment I pulled into the place until I received my order and then got back into my car. The timer was at 30 minutes before I just gave up and left. WORST service of any place I've ever been to. Rated 1 star on food because you'll never get to try it. You'll die of old age before they hand it to you. Not like it was a huge order either. 5 items. It wouldn't be so bad either, at least if they would open the window and talk to you, but they will aggressively ignore you. They don't even have the common decency to open the window, ask you what you're there for (they never ask), tell you if they're waiting on it, and maybe give you a wait time. This is the most basic customer service anyone could ask for, but it's too much to ask for. Don't waste your time here if you're a driver. If you're there as a customer, the food is alright, but it'll probably take forever to get it
