This is a location where you have to physically dine in to get a decent experience. However, this was the third time I have ordered a sandwich that comes with pickles on it standard and they have not been on there. My most recent experience (this afternoon) has made me consider frequenting other places when I’m on the go. The times I have gotten carry-out or taken the drive-through, my fries are never filled to the top and I am given the wrong sauces. Some of those sauces I put on my sandwich. Not pleased I had to eat it dry due to this mistake but it is what it is!

This Chick Fil A location was great for many many years but has recently had a steep decline in service. I typically go about once or twice a week (not that it matters) but have been shorted on my food, payment issues and just overall frustrating. The last time I bought my wife and I food at this location, it was frustrating from start to finish. First, I scan my app and pay with my card. Then I’m approached by another employee asking how I would like to pay. Then the employee goes and talks to the manager (I assume) for 2-3 minutes and comes back and I rerun payment (cool - no problem). Then, my drink is delivered to me covered in Dr Pepper and sticky and the employee looks like she is trying to hand it off to me as soon as possible. Finally, after I pull off and get home, the side of fries are cold and my side of Mac and cheese is completely missing, they gave me none of the condiments I ordered nor the extra sauces for my wife’s salad that I paid extra for. Poor experience - wouldn’t recommend

Stopped by this Chick-fil-A after a long day of travel. The frys were cold pulling out of the parking lot. - tried to let this go since it was later in the evening. When we got back to our hotel, super hungry, we realized we received 8 nuggets instead of 12. We paid for a 12 count. After opening the kids meal that was supposed to be grilled nuggets I found about 3.5 fried nuggets in the box. Very upset.
