I have to simply share this picture of the food in order to expose the quality of food these restaurants are now serving to customers. We're paying full price and getting disgraceful, unhealthy, and perhaps unsanitary foods that probably could make it sick. How do you come by at the timestamp on my receipt and get old food? Krystal's do better! Please train your employees to prepare quality food.

we ate at this location tonight at 8:30, had the most polite drive thru waiter I have ever had and we had to let the food cool off cause it was too hot to eat. two thumbs up

Highway 58 3rd shift is horrible. They have messed up my order so many times! The most recent experience was tonight. I ordered 10 wings on DoorDash and they gave me 5 wings and a fry. I didn’t even order any fries so they just give you what they want to give you.
