Went through drive through lady with short red hair is rude she shook her head and rolled her eyes. Our and our 2 grand babies food was old and cold I paid right at 40.00 I asked for a receipt she handed 2 out the window and both were not the correct receipts the 5 and 3 yr olds milk shakes had stuff all over the cups where she was sloppy about making them because she seemed like it was an inconvenience for her to do her job all together I don’t know maybe because it was almost 10 pm and we were white but her attitude is horrible for someone who works with the public and deals with others food! We have had long waits and longer waits at this location but it was late and the location we have been using was closing before we could get to it or we would have not returned to Shallowford rd location! Please get some people on night shift that actually value their job and enjoy the public that would take pride in what they serve because she definitely doesn’t!

Whoever worked third shift this morning needs more training. It took 40 minutes to receive my order and it was sloppily prepared when I finally received it. It was also EXTREMELY salty, not like your typical Krystal’s. I wish I could get a refund. Edit: forgot to mention the lady tried to turn me away by telling me she won’t be able to serve food for an hour but she couldn’t because I had a mobile order.

If I could leave a less of a review I would , so very rude to me and my family after the lady with red hair messed up our order and wanted us to pull back around the drive thru for her to fix her mess up , after we already waited 15 min to get some nasty food from some very rude dis tasteful human being. Very sad I would fire the whole staff for acting a full and yelling when I went into the store to fix my order and asked for service. Just very rude and in called for.
